The supported, official module to manage the touch events in Vue.X is Vue-Touch.

Although it is very easy to use and manage. It is possible to say that there are no critical bugs. It is safe to use but if you are doing it on iOS platform, we can’t say the same.

Sadly, the bug is still existing and not solved. My advice is thus: be careful before using it and do explorationary test well. But even better: you can try to write your own module to manage touch events if you have enough time. In this way, you don’t need to wait them to solve silly ignored mistakes and manage your own library (and possibly share with us :).
